We haven't taken many elk only hunts in 10 years in order to help build the population, but in the last three years, the elk population has boomed enough that we can elk hunt once again with confidence.  There is now a trophy season so the younger, smaller bulls aren't being killed, as well as a complete closure on cows and calves in our area.  In the past two seasons, we've seen a number of different bulls, including these two for A.D. and Anders, and look forward to some exceptional elk hunts in the future.
